四 | 在落地雄安的首家央企总部中国星网的带动下，雄安新区已集聚空天信息和卫星互联网生态企业69家、创新平台9个，一条从研发到制造、从测试到应用的创新链条初步形成。因地制宜发展新质生产力，雄安把央企资源、北京科创资源转化为本土产业竞争力，不断筑牢科技强区的产业根基。目前，央企累计在雄安设立各类分支机构400多家，空天信息和卫星互联网、数智经济和人工智能、新材料等未来产业和新兴产业聚链成群。目标高远的现代化产业体系何以成势？答案藏在每一个创新的微小单元里。8月25日上午，走进容东片区红莲西园创想家OPC社区协作体，只见开放式办公区宽敞明亮，几位年轻的创业者在工位前忙碌着。“我正在开发一个AI智能体，叫‘数字人智慧厂长’，它能应用在很多工业场景中，帮助工厂提高管理效率。”刚刚入驻的自然语言算法工程师荀硕洋说，来到雄安，让他有了创业的冲动。

五 | 就在上个月，荀硕洋注册了自己的“一人公司”——雄安奈维恩智能科技有限公司，员工只有他一人。单枪匹马创业的底气，来自他的“新家”——创想家OPC社区协作体。“一年租金5000元，还赠送半年的算力券，对我们这种AI企业来说，支持力度太大了。”荀硕洋说。

六 | “立足AI时代超级个体轻量化创业发展需求，我们整合科创培训、算力服务、政策帮扶等，为入驻创业者及科创企业提供精准的配套支撑。”创想家OPC社区协作体创始人夏建松介绍。从OPC社区的微创新，到产业园区的大生态，雄安人工智能产业版图正在加速铺展。8月25日，雄安人工智能产业园一楼展厅里，一台工业机器人正利落地搬运货物，机械臂抓取精准有力。走进稳准智能（雄安）科技有限公司，电脑屏幕上的一行行代码正快速跳动——这是“极数”数据大模型的最新迭代版本。园区内，位于3号楼的雄安人工智能研究院，与企业集聚的4号楼通过连廊相通。科研成果从“实验室”到生产线，就在这“穿廊即达”的空间里形成完整闭环。科创企业的物理集聚，逐步升级为产业生态的紧密交织。

七 | 当前，雄安已汇聚百余家人工智能企业，研发30多款大模型，人工智能产业创新生态正在加速形成。楼宇相邻催生跨界创新的案例比比皆是。截至目前，雄安新区已打造33栋主题楼宇，签约企业810家，构建起产业发展“门对门”、科研创新“上下楼”的良好生态。与此同时，雄安高新区稳定运营，雄安新区数字经济产业发展的核心载体之一——雄安数商大厦正式开园，雄安中关村科技园、雄安新区科创中心等10余个创新平台协同发力，科创企业规模持续壮大。平台效应持续释放，国内外创新要素加速汇聚。中关村论坛雄安平行论坛、雄安未来之城场景汇、科技·人才·创新周、系列“雄安行”等活动热度攀升，创新的氛围愈加浓厚，雄安正在成为新时代创新高地和推动高质量发展样板。锚定科技强区目标，雄安新区不断推动科技创新与产业创新深度融合，未来产业集群从无到有、茁壮成长。税收数据分析显示，今年上半年，雄安新区高技术产业销售收入同比增长34.3%，数字经济核心产业销售收入同比增长16.8%，数字产品服务业、数字技术应用业销售收入分别同比增长82.4%、55.5%，从要素驱动、投资驱动为主转向创新驱动为主的发展新格局正在未来之城加速形成。
